ORDERING
You should receive an order verification upon completing your order. When your order is ready to ship you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note we are experiencing delayed shipping times due to COVID-19. Many items are made to order. If you are on a deadline, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline! Sales tax will be calculated based on your shipping address.
RETURNS
We offer an exchange for merchandise or store credit on any stock items within 7 days of purchase. All items must be unworn, in new condition, and returned in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom designs or rings that have been resized.
REPAIRS
We are proud of the craftsmanship that goes into our product. If your jewelry breaks or needs a tune-up, we will fix it for the cost of shipping it back to us.
RESIZING
We offer one complimentary resizing for engagement and wedding bands purchased directly from us.
